The Group consists of the Hardware Division where some 165+ staff are employed under the leadership of General Manager AmeerHussein. The Motors Division under the watch of General Manager John Duncan has over 340 staff. ManikamNarainheads the Shipping Division and has over 220 staff within this Division. IMEL under the guidance of Captain Rufus has some 88 staff while the Finance Division has over 156 staff employed under the watch of General Manager AlokMishra. Morris Hedstrom is by far the largest Division and has over 1414 staff employed within the same. The MH Division is led by AmeerHussein along with UdayNarayan. Head Office has some 120+ staff . The Human Resources & Training Department is led by the Group HR Manager PawanSharma and has some 11 staff managing the various Divisions. In total, there are over 2,525+ staff employed within the Carpenter Group of Companies based out of the Fiji Islands operation.
